This document is to be completed by new vendors that have not worked with First Star Capital in the past or for vendors that lack public record credit information that would allow us to verify good standing in their industry.

This document is to be completed by the vendor prior to funding in a situation where the vehicle that First Star Capital is financing is used / pre-owned.

Provides an outline of how funds will be allocated during the start up phase of a business. Also, allows us to understand how the business will be initially capitalized.
